The Kansas Early Detection Works is government run program that provides access to free mammograms. It does not look like there is a program directly in Wichita but adjacent Scott County and Kearny County. Here is a map that provides contact resources for each county in Kansas (https://www.kdhe.ks.gov/832/Early-Detection-Works-Providers). The program is based on income. If for any reason you do not qualify, I would then recommend contacting the Susan G. Komen foundation who have additional resources to help navigate access to low-cost screening.
